3. Our Services and Your Contract

3.1 About Forget About Limited

Forget About Limited (“Forget About”) operates an online platform providing two core services.

1. design and configuration tools which produce parametric defined digital 3D model files in 3MF and STL format that can be exported on demand by purchase of a lifetime personal license fee by the customer from Forget About Limited.
2. a platform connecting customers of the design tools with independent third-party print providers who wish to have their parametric defined digital 3d model files printed and distributed to them directly.

As a result, the nature of the service we provide to you depends on the type of order you place when interacting with the platform.

3.2 Marketplace Orders

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, all physical products displayed on the Platform are manufactured, sold and supplied by independent third-party print providers.

For Marketplace Orders:

1. Forget About acts solely as a technology provider and marketplace operator;
2. the contract for the manufacture and supply of the physical product is between you and the relevant print provider;
3. Forget About is not the manufacturer, seller, importer, exporter or supplier of the physical product;
4. While Forget About sets minimum quality and onboarding criteria for enrolment of printers to the platform, the print provider is solely responsible for manufacturing quality, fulfilment, dispatch, delivery, tracking updates, product descriptions, customer support, refunds, taxes and compliance with applicable laws.

3.3 Sold by Forget About Orders

Certain products may be marked "Sold by Forget About", "Fulfilled by Forget About", or such other wording as we may use from time to time.

For these orders:

1. your contract for the purchase of the product is with Forget About;
2. Forget About may manufacture products itself or engage independent manufacturing partners to fulfil the order on its behalf;
3. Forget About remains responsible to you for your statutory consumer rights in relation to those products.

3.4 Forget About Assured

Certain print providers may be designated as "Forget About Assured".

This designation indicates only that the provider has met certain above average service standards determined by us from time to time.

The designation:

1. does not make the provider our employee, partner or agent;
2. does not mean that we manufacture or sell the provider's products;
3. does not constitute a guarantee that any particular order will be defect-free or suitable for your intended use.

We may suspend or remove an Assured designation at any time.

4. Digital Files and Generated Designs

Files generated through the Platform are created automatically using information and selections provided by users at their point of use of the tools.

You are responsible for:

1. checking all dimensions, measurements and specifications;
2. verifying compatibility with any miniatures, accessories, equipment or intended use;
3. testing any printed item before use;
4. ensuring that any uploaded or referenced content does not infringe third-party rights.

Digital files and generated designs are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that any file, design or generated output will be error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, compatible with any printer or material, or produce any particular result when manufactured.

5. Licence to Use Digital Files

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, digital files supplied through the Platform are licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis.

The one-off 3D model generator unlock is a personal-use download licence covering the supplied 3MF and STL files for the generator you have enrolled with. It does not permit paid print services, resale, customer fulfilment, marketplace listings, file libraries, or other commercial use outside the Forget About Print Factory.

You must not:

1. sell or redistribute the digital files;
2. commercially exploit the digital files;
3. use downloaded files to fulfil paid print orders for other people outside the Platform;
4. claim ownership of our intellectual property;
5. remove copyright notices or technical protection measures.

Separate commercial licences may be offered for use of the generators or access to the Printer network. To discuss this kind of arrangement, please contact Commercial@ForgetAbout.im

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you upload to the Platform.

You grant Forget About a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, adapt and display such content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, generating files and products, providing customer support, and enforcing these Terms.

You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload such content.

7. Product Safety

Products produced using digital files generated through the Platform may not have been independently tested or certified.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products created using the Platform are not intended for medical applications, safety-critical applications, structural applications, use by young children without appropriate supervision, or any application where product failure could cause injury, damage or financial loss.

You are responsible for assessing whether a printed item is suitable and safe for its intended purpose.

8. Acceptable Use and Moderation

We may suspend, remove, reject or cancel any account, file, listing, order or request that we reasonably believe:

1. is unlawful or fraudulent;
2. infringes intellectual property rights;
3. contains abusive, offensive or inappropriate material;
4. creates a safety or regulatory concern;
5. is technically unsuitable for manufacture;
6. exceeds a provider's capabilities; or
7. exposes us, our users or our print providers to legal, financial or reputational risk.

We may issue refunds for purchases made by customers or suspend user accounts where this is deemed by Forget About to be appropriate.

9. Liability for Marketplace Orders

For Marketplace Orders:

1. the relevant print provider is solely responsible for the manufacture and supply of physical goods;
2. Forget About shall not be responsible for manufacturing defects, delays, fulfilment issues, product quality, or the acts or omissions of print providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability for Sold by Forget About Orders

For products sold directly by Forget About, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, our liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. General Limitation of Liability

Subject to clause 10 and to any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded:

1. we do not accept responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate measurements or information supplied by users;
2. we do not accept responsibility for incompatibility between generated files and a user's intended application;
3. our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the total fees paid by you to Forget About during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Marketplace dispute review and optional arbitration

If a buyer and printer cannot resolve a cancellation, delivery, quality or refund dispute through the order conversation, either party may ask Forget About to review the matter. Forget About will act as the first point of escalation for the Platform and may consider the order record, messages, photographs, tracking information and responses from both parties. Forget About may request further information before completing its review.

For a Marketplace Order, the printer remains the seller and merchant of record and remains responsible for manufacturing, product quality, fulfilment, delivery, refunds, taxes and compliance with applicable consumer law. Forget About’s review is an internal marketplace service. It does not make Forget About the seller, manufacturer or guarantor of the printer’s obligations, and it does not determine either party’s legal liability. Where an order is expressly identified as Sold by Forget About, Forget About remains the seller and is responsible accordingly.

After reviewing the available evidence, Forget About may, acting reasonably and at its discretion, decide what action it will take within the Platform. Where the payment arrangements permit, this may include recommending, facilitating or processing a full-order refund through the original payment method. Processing a refund does not transfer the printer’s seller or merchant-of-record responsibilities to Forget About. Any platform decision or refund is additional to, and does not limit, the buyer’s statutory rights or either party’s right to pursue another available remedy.

If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may agree in writing, after the dispute has arisen, to refer it to an independent arbitrator. Any agreed arbitration will be seated in England and Wales and conducted under the Arbitration Act 1996, as amended by the Arbitration Act 2025. Arbitration is voluntary for consumers. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to use arbitration, prevents court proceedings, or restricts access to an applicable alternative dispute-resolution service or statutory remedy.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, these Terms and any related non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer may bring proceedings in any court which has jurisdiction under applicable law.
